Sorry..I have not updated this in well...a year...((hinding))Life with 4 young boys does keep me on my toes most days..lol

I am excited to share with you that I have been doing several detoxing parties. I believe more and more people are educating themselves on their health and learning to take control of it themselves by becoming their own advocate instead of relying on traditional health care. I also believe people are becoming more opened minded to detoxing and have learned the health benifits of it.

One of my on-going regular clients has been a sweet lady named "M" she came to me after being very sick the last 3 years with a rare auto-immune disorder causing her throw up every single day! Can you imagaine? I felt so bad for her..she has tried just about every single traditional medicine she could try..still doctors could give her no answers. Guess what?? After being desperate to try anything at this point in her life..she came to me after hearing positive results with the foot bath...since day 1 from detoxing with me..she has not thrown up!!! She said she did nothing else different in her diet, or anything except detox with me. I am so happy for her..she is a huge believer now and telling everyone!!!

but I have been learning a lot by reading many books on detoxing..not only detoxing by my machine but also by the foods we eat and how not eating sugar can actually slow the aging process down..it is all so interesting. I would encourage you to dig and dig deep to some wonderful books..I will list some of those I have been reading soon....

Right now I am currently detoxing my 4 boys. They have been starting to have the sniffles so I make sure I try to pull any stuff they have going on in their body from their lymphatic system. I also have been doing extra detoxing on myself..twice this week! (very rare for a busy mom of 4 busy boys. ha!) Next, I will finish with detoxing my husband...it has been awhile since his last detox.

ps. I have been learning so much from so many of you..I had no idea how "rare" my machines are that I own and detox you and my family with...I just assumed that most machines have both postive and negative charges..but I guess I was wrong. Most machines have only Negative charges..not postive.. I can not imagaine not being able to pull out the toxins on the postive charge. This has been so interesting to me as I continue to learn more and more.

Sure enough..I confirmed with the doctor yesterday that I have a bladder infection. I had been coming down with something on my left side over the weekend. I had pain in my bladder/kidney area. I decided to detox on Saturday. My water was BRIGHT YELLOW the entire time. I have never seen it this yellow before on anyone. I was amazed. I did feel better that evening after detoxing but decided to follow up with the doctor on Monday since I have been having another issue as well. She confirmed that I was right after my detox. I think I will detox again today since she put me on an antibotic. My body does not do well on antibotics since they seem to give me yeast issues..detoxing has helped me not to have any yeast issues in well over a year! It was a long time struggle for me..so this is huge.

Ken's Feet Part 2

Ken is my friend who is the fire fighter/EMS worker. He had his 2nd detox a month or so ago at my house. He was feeling very tired and I was able to detox both he and his wife, Mary. Here is Ken's feet. Still pretty black but we did notice that not as many heavy metals came out. I wonder what his 3rd detox will look like? I will post for you when we do it next!

Nolan~Our Youngest

I was able to detox Ian and Nolan for the first time this week. I was so surprised to see what came out of my youngest, Nolan who is 2 1/2. His birth mom smoked with him so I am not surprised that he still has tobacoo in his system....if by a chance of a miracle she did not smoke with him she was at least around 2nd hand smoke..so his water was very brown!

Why Eating a Rainbow Can Lead to a Pot of Gold
Are your current dietary habits leading you to a pot of gold or a pot belly? Unfortunately, most Americans consume a less-than-optimal diet, one that is disproportionately low in fruits and vegetables and high in saturated fats and refined sugars and carbohydrates. This “Standard American Diet” (or S.A.D.) has been linked to many chronic health conditions, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.
Lowering the Risk of Chronic DiseaseMost of us know that fruits and vegetables play a key role in a healthy, balanced diet. Plant-based foods, in general, are naturally low in fat and provide important nutrients (called phytonutrients) and dietary fiber. Scientific research shows that diets rich in fruits and vegetables can lower the risk of chronic disease. For instance, in a meta-analysis covering 278,495 individuals followed over 11 years, increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables from three servings per day to five servings per day was associated with a 17 percent reduction in coronary heart disease. Another study of 126,000 adults found that eating just one extra serving of fruits and vegetables daily could reduce the risk of stroke by six percent.
Don’t Be S.A.D. — Be Glad!
Sadly, many Americans rely on fast food restaurants as their source of fruits and vegetables. According to Dr. David Heber, author of the book, What Color is Your Diet, the top five choices for fruits and vegetables in the United States are iceberg lettuce, tomatoes (including sauces), potatoes (mainly French fries), bananas, and oranges (mainly as juice). But iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and French fries are typically part of an unhealthy diet (as in burgers and fries). And relying on orange juice and bananas alone won’t deliver the variety of nutrients required for good health.
A Rainbow of Nutrients
Eating a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables will give your body the range of valuable nutrients it needs to maintain health, such as fiber, folate, and vitamins. And the deeper the color, the better: color is indicative of natural pigments that have been linked with health-promoting benefits. For example:
Red: Tomatoes, watermelon, and pink grapefruit may contain lycopene, a phytonutrient that been linked with reduced incidence of some cancers, cardiovascular disease, and macular degeneration.
Orange/yellow: Carrots and sweet potatoes are a good source of carotenoids, phytonutrients that convert to vitamin A. Among the many biological functions of vitamin A are cellular growth and vision. Lemons, oranges, and grapefruits are a good source of vitamin C, or ascorbic acid. Vitamin C helps to form collagen in bones, cartilage, and muscle. It is also necessary for the absorption of iron.
Green: Dark, leafy greens such as spinach and kale contain lutein. In patients with retinitis pigmentosa, lutein has been shown to help improve night blindness and peripheral vision.
Blue/purple: Blueberries, grapes, raisins, and eggplant may contain anthocyanidins, which function as antioxidants to protect from cellular damage.
White: Garlic and onions are a source of allicin, a natural compound exhibiting antibacterial and antifungal properties. Bananas and potatoes contain potassium, an essential mineral that helps regulate heart function, blood pressure, and nerve and muscle activity.
Making Colorful Foods Part of Your Daily Regimen
With today’s busy schedules, moving away from fast food to a more healthful diet, i.e., one that is more simple, balanced, and colorful, can seem challenging. But the good news is, doing so is not only easy, it can also be delicious!
Here are a few tips for getting more variety and color in your diet:
Each week, try a new fruit or vegetable
Visit ethnic grocery stores
Make rainbow fruit kabobs
Try dishes that invite color, such as stir-fries, omelettes, soups, salads, wraps, and smoothies
Switch from mashed potatoes to sliced carrots, or from corn to spinach
Toss in red pepper, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, or broccoli
Add rinds of oranges or lemons to water, chicken or fish
Eat fruit salads

1. I have a friend with MS and she came last Tuesday for a detox. She said she could feel it pulling stuff out of her feet right away. (keep in mind with her MS, that she has had for 15 years, that she is ALWAYS in pain with her feet) She then got up from having the treatment done and said her feet and calves felt better (still pain but not as much). On Friday she called me to tell me she was not having as much pain in her feet like normal and she loved the foot bath!!

2. I had so much fun meeting so many people over the last weekend. One of them was a nice gentleman named Jim. Jim did not tell me of any prior pain before getting into the foot bath but before he was done he was lifting his arm up and moving it around......he had said that his arm/shoulder area had been giving him major pain over the last few weeks and we was getting ready to go to the doctor on Monday for it. However, he said his pain was much better!! I was excited to hear that.

Ken's Feet

I have never seen a detox this dark before. He also has a lot of stuff because he was dealing with a cold. Also, he is a Firefighter so just imgaine what he breaths in... It is funny that I have been doing so many of these that I can now ask if you have a cold or had one because of the phlegm stuff coming out..this detox amazes me more and more each one I do for someone! Ken also deals with Restless Leg Syndrom and see that red/orange stuff around his feet? I hope it helps him.

1. I was able to Detox my 90 year old grandma twice over the weekend. I told her the instructions say to only do it once every 3 days...however she insisted and how to agrue with a 90 year old?? Especially your grandma..LOL On Friday night I arrive to her house and she was complaining of having Bronchitis in her chest. Here are Jim's feet. You can see the clear one is the beginning of the detox and the black and brownish colors are the end of the detox. He really wanted some joint stuff to come out and he was happy to see all the orange/red toxins out.

I had a fun day today. Today is day one of owning my first ever Detox Machine. I had a friend come over. S loved having her feet done! She brought her 2 kids who loved playing with my boys. S was cute she took pictures of her detox and sent it to all her friends! She was excited that those nasty toxins were coming out of her body.

Landon wanted to go next. So here he is in the blue shirt and his brown water. Of course I was wondering how much toxins he had in him for being 4 1/2. The soles of the feet and armpits are two of the body's discharge pathways for toxins (hence the odor). Look what my sweet husband is letting me buy! I love having an Ionic Foot Bath done. I have had them done a few times since the spring. I have noticed great results. Especially after my first one when tons of yeast came out.....yuck but I have not struggled with yeast since!

I had a few ladies over for a spa party at home during the summer. My friend, Margie brought her machine..look at some of the toxins pulled out of their feet! YUCK!
